Ordering
An order is confirmed once payment clears and we send a written confirmation. Because every work is one of a kind, availability is first-come, first-served; if a piece sells simultaneously in two channels we will refund in full immediately.
Pricing
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and include studio materials, varnishing and certification. Framing, duties and import taxes are not included.
Commissions
Custom work begins after a 50% deposit and approval of the digital sketch. The remaining balance is due before dispatch. Deposits are refundable up to sketch approval and non-refundable once painting begins.
Copyright
Buying a painting transfers ownership of the physical object, not the copyright. Aim Creations and the artist retain reproduction rights and may photograph the work for portfolio and press use.
Authenticity
Every work is hand-painted and signed. A certificate of authenticity accompanies each shipment and should be retained for resale or insurance purposes.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the artwork purchased. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper hanging, environmental conditions or unauthorised restoration.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Mumbai.
