Commissions add 2–4 weeks of studio time before dispatch. Import duties, where applicable, are payable by the recipient.
Return policy
- • Ready-to-ship works may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- • The piece must be unhung, undamaged and in its original packaging.
- • Refunds are issued within 5 business days of the artwork reaching the studio.
- • Return freight is deducted unless the work arrived damaged or incorrect.
- • Commissions, custom sizes and gift cards are non-returnable.
Damaged in transit?
It is rare, but it happens. Photograph the outer packaging before unwrapping and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange collection and either repair, repaint or refund in full — your choice.
