Refunds & Cancellations

This policy applies to all purchases from Aim Creations. All prices on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Order cancellation
You may cancel an order at no charge before it leaves our studio. Email or call us with your order number. If payment has already cleared, we will refund the full amount within 5 business days. Once a painting has been packed for dispatch, cancellation is no longer possible and our return policy applies instead.
Commission cancellation
Custom and commissioned works may be cancelled before the digital sketch is approved. The 50% deposit is refunded in full at that stage. After sketch approval or once painting has begun, the deposit is non-refundable because materials and studio time have been allocated.
Returns and refunds (ready-to-ship artworks)
Ready-to-ship original paintings may be returned within 7 days of delivery. The artwork must be unhung, undamaged and in its original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of the piece reaching our studio, minus return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Non-refundable items
Commissions, custom sizes, made-to-order works and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded once production has started or the gift card has been issued.
Damaged or incorrect delivery
If your artwork arrives damaged or is not the piece you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the packaging and the work. We will arrange collection and offer a full refund, replacement or repair at no cost to you.
Refund method and timeline
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout (UPI, card or net banking). Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
